Surface clear paint finish
Adopting newly developed · high film thickness liquid clear, pursuing a transparent feeling of mirror cut (mirror surface cutting) further. Film thickness is 1.5 times as much as usual (compared with our company), but expressing the fine quality of mirror cut. It became even stronger for rust.
Electrodeposition painting
Only on the machined surface such as the top surface cutting or machining, a coating film is formed on the metal surface by the electrodeposition effect. Different expression from color clear is possible.
Mirror cut
A highly precise machining lathe and a top mirror cut processed with special bite cutting (mirror surface cutting) give out a beautiful sparkle.
Machining
Machining process designed with highly accurate machining program. It is characterized by built-in due to Didale.
TPMS compatible
Valve hole countersinking (recessed step) has been put in consideration of installation stability of TPMS air pressure sensor for size of 16 inch or larger. It corresponds to the skyline (V37).
